The Ross Village Bakery is the perfect place to take a break.   We bake daily in our Circa 1860 Original Wood-Fired Oven and specialize in handcrafted sourdough breads, tempting  sweet and savoury pastries (including Tasmanian scallop pies and the “worlds greatest” vanilla slice) fresh juices and great coffee
